Adapter that lets you put Pentax lenses on a Canon EF or FD mount?

Is there an adapter that lets you put Pentax K-mount lenses on a Canon EF or FD mount?

I want to keep using all my Pentax lenses, and a certain custom-made VIDEO camera I want to buy only has Canon mounts. They won't make it with Pentax mounts.

There is a Pentax K mount lens to Canon EOS camera adapter. The issue with it usually is mirror clearance on full frame Canon cameras. This is not usually an issue on APS-C Canon cameras. How this reflects on whether it would work with the movie camera you are talking about I am not certain. My suspicion would be that clearance would not be much of an issue (unless this is an old style revolving mirror movie camera ), but I don't know for sure.

For example:

Why would you want to connect a Pentax lens to a Canon in the first place?
