whats this in full frame?

This is probably an easy question to figure out but what would be the FF equal for the 17-70 when used on a digital in order to give the same field of view using a film camera ?

Multiply by 1.5 (or whatever the crop factor is for the particular camera you're looking at.)

If I am understanding your question, just multiply that lens by 1.5 (17x1.5 - 70x1.5).

25.5-105mm

Is that lens designed for a digital camera or film? If it's a digital you might experience vignetting at certain focal lengths

I have used it on my MZ-7 at various length and there was not vignetting so I would guess that the lens was originally made for the film era its not even mentioned on the current Tamron website
