Sigma US Warranty?

Can anyone explain Sigma's US warranty? B&H and Sigma4Less both show a 1 year warranty, however Adorama shows a 1 year international and 4 year US warranty. Sigma's website doesn't mention warranties at all, at least that I could find.

Anybody know which is correct? Thanks.

I wonder why you have such short warranties in the US.

Pentax warranties in Canada are 2 years vs your 1 year, and Sigma's warranty is 5 years on their lenses in Canada.

I hope that you get it fixed or replaced, whatever it is

My Bigma came with a four year warranty (standard 1 yr intl warranty + 3 yr extended USA warranty) . . . I am looking at the paperwork and it appears that this warranty provision applies to "EX Series Lenses Only" . . .

My Sigma 28-300mm "DG" (non EX) . . . only has a one year warranty . . .

That's interesting. It seems that Adorama made a mistake (or several). I'm looking at getting a 17-70 to replace my Tamron 24-135; I need a wider lens. Of all the places I've looked, Adorama is the only one that lists the 4 year warranty for this lens. I did some investigation and all the EX lenses show the 4 year warranty.
