London/UK - Looking for more lenses to test

Hello guys (and girls),

I have been reading so many discussion regarding 18-5mm vs 16-45mm vs sigma 17-70mm that I have decided to do serious lenses shootout.

I have got these lenses already:

Pentax 16-45mm f4
Pentax 18-55mm f3.5-5.6
Sigma 17-70mm f2.8-4
(might use flektogon as well)

What I am looking for is:

Sigma 18-50mm f2.8
Sigma 18-125mm
Tamron 18-250mm

Ideally I am looking for someone who would be able and willing to borrow me these lenses for one weekend (late june, early july?). I am honest person and I dont have need to cheat or be unfair, few people already know me from dpreview (dsowner, over 1100 posts).

Why? I would like to build database of same pictures made by different lenses in exactly same conditions. That means the more lenses I have for one shootout the better. Tests will include sharpnes, distortion, CA, flare, colour cast.

Some of you might say that we dont need new measurbators but I disagree. I prefer taking pictures instead measubarting but this would help new Pentaxians tremendously. I also plan to compare long zooms like 50-200mm, Sigma 70-300 (those I have already).

Than you for your help. Any other ideas are more then welcome.

Hi Fero!

You and I have the same idea. I think it is a good one, and I hope you can find some of the lenses you'd like to test. (I don't have any zooms, sorry!)
