Well - since I don't have a K7 (yet!), this is a little off-topic.

If you have a decent computer with a recent Nvidia card in it, check out Badaboom. It's a lifesaver if it's compatible. Never did see conversions at 350fps before.

Oh, there is a trial version somewhere...

I use Photoshop Premiere Elements. It came bundled with Photoshop Elements 7. I bought it on sale, so it was dirt cheap.

I am just using the iLife '09 suite on my Mac. iMovie to import and edit the clips and export to YouTube, iPod and the like. iDVD if I need to make a disc, although I rarely make DVDs of my movies.
