jogiba: thanks for testing that Rode mic in all sorts of conditions (still trying to figure out how you strapped it to your helmet on that bike ride w/ dead cat test :-).
I don't think it's expensive for the great performance...it's cheaper than the Sennheiser equivalent (and video is another money pit of a hobby but folks who complain about the cost of the Rode don't realize that they should just stick to P&S cams because lenses don't make a difference ;-)

How old is your grandson? UT2004 is awfully "mature" for such a youngster.

Michael is 9 and UT2004 is not as bad as many of the other M rated games out there like Grand Theft Auto and he plays other games that are more age appropriate most of the time.

If you look at the bike video using the 6.5mm fisheye you could see the K-7 with Rode Stereo VideoMic was handheld.
