Posts: 9 | Sigma 50mm f/1.4 I just got my new K7, & I was trying out the movie mode when I noticed that my Sigma 50mm f/1.4 will not autofocus by pressing the AF button on the back of the camera, no matter what aperture I set. Both my Pentax 18-55mm lens & my Tamron 70-300mm do autofocus just fine! Is this some kind of incompatibility? Any experience or help would be greatly appreciated!  |

Posts: 297 | Some Sigma HSM lenses (such as the 70-200mm HSM) will not focus using contrast-AF. If you switch to regular AF on LiveView (flipping the mirror) you will get AF. (faster, restricted to 11 focus points) |
