reflection

go easy, its my first one in this area. Nothing special per se, but I liked this shot a lot.

No post processing, just a thanksgiving snapshot with the kit lens, just for kicks more than anything else. with his brother and sister also playing, getting any of them to stand still/stay out of trouble is a minor miracle at times

I don't mind the perspective. I think the purple pail is distracting, though. The carpet should be either straightened or removed from the scene also.

hmm, the bucket, toys and rug make it far to busy in my oppinion.. nice idea tho .. perhaps a reshoot in the same place, just without the distracting objects leading your eyes away from the intended focal point

I have to agree with DV and JScott. Great concept and execution, but would be much better w/o the toys, bucket and that crooked carpet. Of all, I find the carpet the most distracting.

thanks for the feedback. if anything, ill have to see if i can crop at least some of the distractions out. my downside is twofold--one, we arent at the house again till christmas...and 2-chances are even if daddy removes the distractions, my son will bring new ones.

now if i could get all three......yea...got a better shot at the lottery!
