2 for Critique if you don't mind

Hey all,

I try not to post multiple photos in one critique, but I would appreciate feedback on these two. Thanks in advance


Natural Light


1 SB25 shot through white umbrella camera left, gelled with 1/8 CTO I believe

For the one that I can see it's well done and without the second I cant compare it

Hi, I like the first one but as you didn't manage to get the whole of the helmet in, I would crop from the top to just above the brighter semi circular reflection on the helmet.
The second one, good lighting but the pose looks uncomfortable, I would crop it to head and shoulders. This is why I prefer candid over posed, with candid, the 'pose' always looks natural.
