Its the term used when you take your post from a couple pages old to the top of the forum listing again. do it too often the the moderators and other posters will get rightfully upset. don't do it and your listing will get lost deep in the list of other marketplace ads or posts. In the marketplace forum rules it is specified how much bumping would be acceptable.
