For Sale: Lenses and TC's
Listed: 08-23-2009, 06:02 PM [Contact Seller]

Hi folks. Well, I have never sold anything camera related before and hence I will try and keep it short. If you have any questions, please ask. The reason I am selling some things is because I simply have too much stuff and much of it I have duplicates or triplets of the same items. At the same time, I will also be using the money to buy a lens for my D700 as well. Paypal is preferred as it is easy. Shipping will be USPS flat rate boxes so figure $10.00 for shipping..I prefer to ship in the U.S. though Canada is fine but shipping will be a tad more I think...I will need to check on that...If you are in the Los Angeles area, please feel to come by and pick it up or try it out....

Ok lenses first. I have three of these, so I am selling two.
The first is a Tokina 20-35 F/3.5-4.5
This is an excellent street shooting lens. Quick auto focus and can be set up easily for zone focusing. This copy is clean straight through and sharp as a tack. Comes with filter...
SOLD shipping in the U.S.

Even though the lens says 19-35, I find it is a 20-35..Don't know why, but according to the EXIF this is what it says.

$85.00 + $10.00 shipping in the U.S.

Both lenses come with front and rear caps.

Ok next up is the Tamron 70-300.
Here is the same lens. This was the first lens I ever bought for my Pentax K110D back in the day. It served me well, but has sat for a couple of years now. It is in pretty decent shape and works well. A great starter zoom for a good price. Comes with caps. SOLD

oK, next up is a Tamron 28-200 super zoom. I bought this a few months ago and have used it a few times, but I really don't need this. I already have two 28-300 and two 18-250 super zooms.
Anyway, this lens is in great shape. Pretty good images for a super zoom and has an aperture ring so it can be used with film bodies. Two things I don't like about it. One, it is big with its 72mm front filter and it is slow. Because it is a macro lens it is slow to auto focus, but it locks on very accurately...$100.00 + $10.00 shipping.

OK, Up next is the Sigma 24-70 F/2.8...I bought it new at B&H and have used it less that a dozen times total. It is sharp as a tack and works well as a Macro though not a true macro.
Perfect condition...This is the exact lens.
Sigma | 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro DF Autofocus Lens | 548109
SOLD

Ok, up next is another zoom...This is the FA 80-320. My copy is in excellent shape and I did manage to find a metal Takumar hood for it. Normally these lenses do not come with hoods.
SOLD

Ok, up now is my Cosina 55F/1.2...This was tough to decide on but I did just buy a Pentax SMCP-A 50mm f/1.2 so this fellow is gone. My copy is in mint condition and comes with a metal hood along with caps. $250.00 + $10.00 shipping

Ok, up now is a Pentax 1.7tc. I have two of these and never use them. This unit has been used less than a handful of times. Optically it is likely the best TC ever made and can make a manual lens into an auto lens (almost) I would encourage you to research this. SOLD

This little fellow is sold.

Ok, almost done for today.
Promaster 1.7tc. used less than a dozen times and is pretty darn good for a cheap 1.7. It does not work for sdm or hsm lenses.
$75.00 +$10.00 shipping.

Ok, Here is some weird 2x tc i found on ebay. I had to try it to see as it was claimed it would auto focus on Lenses F/4.0 or larger...Well it did not, atleast not for me, though it worked ok on Lenses of F/2.8 with no problem. Of course it needs to be sunny as well. Image quality was not the greatest, but was better than nothing. Anyway. $25.00 + $10.00 shipping.

Ok, last Item and it is not a Pentax Item, so if a mod wants to delete it, that is fine by me.
It is a Fuji s100fs that I used less than 10 times. It is an amazing bridge camera with ''almost'' DSLR quality images and great noise control to ISO 800...Read about it here. FinePix S100FS | Fujifilm Global It comes with an extra battery and car charger. The reason I am selling it is because I already have a G9 and a G10 and it just sits here doing nothing...

$300.00 + $10.00 shipping.

Thanks,
While I never tried it on an SDM lens, I do not think it will work on one.

I don't think there currently exists a 2X TC that works with SDM lenses' AF.

Great lenses Javier! I would definitely be interested in the Cosina except that I don't have any money
