remote assistant

Hi all.

I've a K20 and i'm trying to use the Remote Assistant.
I've dawnloaded and installed the late R.A. on my Mac Pro/O.S. 10.5.4 and on my portable Pc/Windows XP.
The issue is the same on both machines: opening the program nothing happen.
Menus are grey and don't are active.
When I connect K20 to pc, the access card lamp lights, but it seems to me that the pc doesn't see the camera.

Can someone help me?

Wonder if you got a bad cable?? USB port work?

Yeah, the cable is ok. I've used another cable too and
I can see my photo on sd card inside K20 connected to my pcs.
