Camera RAW 3.7 for Photo Shop CS2 serve for what???

Few weeks ago Camera RAW 3.7 for Photo Shop CS2 had been arive...
Which is purpose (for Pentax K10D users) of that software update for PS???
Is it (only) for supporting Pentax PEF RAW documents ...
or/and for improvement of Pentax DNG RAW documents???

For us Pentax users it adds support for K10D PEF files. The image profile of K10D is now built into Camera Raw so that it automatically compensates the images for color anomalies specific to the K10D (if any).
This would also apply to K10D DNG files.

Is there a noticable difference when processing DNG files with 3.6 and 3.7? I couldn't tell but I haven't looked that closely; the download is free so I just downloaded and installed it and don't look back.

Camera-generated PEF files are smaller than camera generated DNG files, so it's a bonus to be able to use PEF - allows for more files on a card .

.
I have, done a comparison between 3.6 and 3.7. The controls for WB are more predictable with 3.7 then they were with 3.6, it is helpful for me as i am R/G colour blind so i am unable to visually correct, green/ red and magenta casts in images.
