Corel Impact X3

Just wondering , is there anybody out there who has succesfully been able to install Corel PhotoImpact X3

I have had difficulty as the details provided to me continually came up "Wrong Number" for installation.

Emails? .. go Nowhere

Phone Calls : .. advise Experiencing difficulties, ring back later.

Mail (to Sydney Office) .. Returned "Left Address.. No Forwarding Address".

I have paid them over $100 AUD and have nothing to show for my money.

All looking quite shonky to me!!
