the latest episode was shot through a filter (or perhaps done in post?) that i really like and have been trying to nail in Lightroom.

green tones are saturated but highlighted, almost an entire absence of blue, skin tones turn slightly sick-yellow but at the same time "fit"

also anything that is red takes on a very interesting saturated look to it

this isnt anything new, i have seen it before, and i have achieved different variants of it in lightroom before, but i do not know how one would call it

how would you call this particular filter/set of parameters?

this is the clsoest example i currently have online, its not exactly what i'm talking about but somewhere in the same domain

works particulary well under tungsten light.

Perhaps if you started walking with a cane and popped a few Vicodin you could nail it...

edit: that's a not-so-subtle "House" reference for those unfamiliar with the show. I realized that my comment sounded bizarre when taken out of context...

I suspect that make up had a lot to do with the skin tones to neutralise the light Serge so if that's the case, it would be hard to recreate. You've come pretty close in that shot but skin tones look too bright and shiny, especially the girl on the left.

Reminds me of tungsten balanced film shot in daylight conditions.. then slightly desaturated......
Well it seems my memory is a bit faulty. I only pooched one roll of Tungsten and I seem to remember it being more green but here are some examples:

A fluorescent wb mismatch can cause green toning...
How about using a tungsten preset but shooting under flourescent light??

I had knee surgery yesterday, so I'm on crutches and vicodin.

Maybe I should give it a go.
