Good book for PSE 7?

Ok, I've finally bitten the bullet and upgraded from PSE 3 to PSE 7, and yeah I know I should have done it long ago. I was wondering what a good book would be to get the best out of the software. 3 to 7 is a pretty big jump. I've heard that "The Missing Manual" series is quite good, does anyone else have a favorite? I would like to stay away from something as simplistic as the "For Dummies" series but on the other hand I also don't want a 'special effects for experts' type of book either. Something in the 'beginners to intermediate' range would be good.

I use the for Dummies guide. It seems to be good. Mine is for PS Elements 6.
