I'm a linux user, Kubuntu ATM
For raw processing I use BibblePro when I want to quickly process a bunch of images, but if I have a critical image I am going to make a large format print from, I use UFRaw because the demosaicing algorithms leave far fewer artifacts than the algorithm that BibblePro uses. Not really a problem for small prints or things going on the web, but 11x14 prints going up on the wall don't need zippers all over them.
For image management and making quick edits and prints I use Digikam, total awesomeness.
For pixel peeping I tend to use the gimp, although krita is really coming along nicely. This is where I really feel compromised. I really wish there was a mature, stable 16-bit image editor for linux.

Windows Vista Ultimate x64 (will probably Upgrade to 7 soon)
Photoshop CS4, Microsoft ICE (panoramas), Photomatix Pro 3 (HDRs)
I'm thinking about getting Lightroom soon or something else for PP raw.

well instead of switching to windows 7 I decided to give ubuntu a try, so far I like it a lot. So here are my new stats:
Ubuntu 9.04
Raw Therapee, Gimp, Scribus, Inkscape,
I'll probably get win 7 later on and dual-boot, My brother can get a pretty good student discount on it (better than what I can get at my school)
