Need help on viewing sizes!!

With everyone looking a noise i need to know what the size of a image viewed 100% equals. When looking at a photo at 1:1,1:2,1:3,:1:4 or any size of magnification what size does the printed picture equal.not sure if i am stating my question correctly.any help will help.

No help needed

Just read a article on relative size which answered my questions. Should look for resort materials before posting that stupid question.
