Can anyone recommend a good utility for Windows that uses both CRC and the EXIF time-date stamp to locate duplicate pictures?

I just cleaned my system up with Directory Report Directory printer, find duplicate files, rename files, track disk usage, and maintain your files - all in 1 tool

It does use crc, I don't think it uses exif. Did a fantastic job finding Dup's
