Replacing a sky in photoshop

I've had numerous days shooting real estate where it is overcast or rainy and the sky/clouds left a lot to be desired. Today a friend sent me this link on replacing the sky. I thought I'd share it as its a brilliant way to improve those gray day/washed out sky shots.
