What is the normal cost of CS4?

From the Adobe web store and many other places CS4 is $699. Plus you could get Lightroom with this deal for $209 (reg 299). So about $509 USD for both.

Yes, the normal 'upgrade' for Elements users is $599, which is the same as buying CS4 straight out. The normal upgrade for prior PS versions is $199.
