Software to convert photo to cartoon

I'm looking for software/plugins/techniques to convert photos into cartoon style images.

I've tried a few Photoshop plugins ( a year or 2 ago) for this but have not be happy with the results.

Anyone here tried anything that works well?

Have you tried Dynamic Photo HDR? It can create cartoon and Manga variations.

I have Dynamic Photo HDR and I didn't know it could do cartoons! (I never clicked the "filter" button before)

Have a look at Topaz Simplify.

Thanks for the replys.

I tried Topaz Simplify and I tried the cartoon filter in Dynamic Photo HDR.
For the look I was after, Dynamic Photo HDR did a MUCH better job.

A great result, thanks.
