| It's simple division, just like with your dpi questions. You need to find out the size of your image files, as that will vary depend on what JPEG settings you use, what kind of scene you are shooting, and so forth. The file size will be measured in megabytes (MB), and your computer will hapily tell you that number. 4.7GB is 4700 MB. So if your image files are 10MB on average (that's probably at least close to correct), then you'll get 4700 / 10 = 470 images per DVD.
