Free Software to create border for jpeg

Hi

What free software do you guys used to create the borders (including the exposure information) for the jpeg files? I use bordermaker but I am looking to alternatives...

Thanks

This isn't free but it is a great framing program. You can try it out for 10 or 20 days, I can't remember which. Here is the link:
IDimager - Professional Image Manager

I am running out on my trial and I am going to purchase it. I like it very much and the price is reasonable.

If you just want a simple boarder you can do that in most image editing programs easy enough.

I cut the middle of the picture out in photoshop, try a few effects until I think that it'll compliment the picture, then I paste the middle back in the picture

I was looking at border software, but just didn't like what I saw before I started usin g my present technique.

I think that this is about the only sample I have on my web site
