Video restoration service??

Hi, I have a VHS tape that has old (1920's to 1950's) family movies on it - the original transfer seems to have been poorly done. There's jumping, scratches, dirt, flickering, gaps, etc - you name it, the problem is most likely on the tape.

Does anyone know of a video restoration service? Preferably, a company you've used and can personally recommend?
