Plustek film scanners any good?

Are Plustek film scanners worthwhile? They are certainly appealing from the standpoint of price. The Plustek Opticfilm 7200 looks like a winner at a glance. $160 ain't bad...

I used to have a plustek and it was fine. This is from the parallel port days. From what I researched before getting my new one was Epson was the way to go. I love my current 3170, it can do film, slides and pictures. The shots come out great. Based on this, it would be my recommendation.
