My Favorite Tutorials
When it comes to post processing, these are three of my favorites. As you will see, 2 of the 3 relate to balancing/changing light. Even though these are Photoshop specific, I have been able to use them with Paint Shop Pro.

Have you seen the "You suck at photoshop" series (I'm not saying that you suck, that's just what they're called). They're both funny *and* informative
