[langtitle=de]Fotos mit HDR- und Filtertechnik[/langtitle]
Camera: Pentax K7 Photo Location: Emden in Germany ISO: 100

Sorry, the technique is somewhat complicated. My Editing-Checklist has more than 100 points and I have not enough time and motivation to write a Tutorial.

My text above, I've edited to avoid misunderstandings.

But for all:

I take this Software:

Photoshop CS4/CS5
Nik Color Efex Pro
Nik Define
Nik Viveza
Dynamic Photo HDR

My Camera(s)

- Pentax K7 with DA 18-55 mm (Kit-Lens)
- Olympus E-510 with Zuiko 14-42 mm (Kit-Lens)

Greetings
Michael

PS: Sorry for my very bad english

These work surprisingly well for heavily processed HDRs.
Definitely spectacular with the detail retention and 3D effect.
But hasn't anyone told you that you can't produce impressive images such as these with the kit lens?

No ! That isnīt possible with any lens!. If you can (I donīt think so ), show me only one picture with this effects.

A lens cannot create a correct bokeh! This must create with manual editing-steps and for a very good 3D-Effect you need many manipulations in contrast, sharpness, details and many many more. If not, it would give many pictures like my pictures all over the world. But it isnīt so.

I have searched since many month in different Galleries, Forums usw. to find only one picture with this effects. I havenīt found one since today. This is the reason why I visited one Galery and Forum after another.

I hope, you can show me some other examples, so that I can contacted the Photograph !!

@ Ash

Sorry, I think, I misunterstood your Posting

The Kit-Lens is very good and it works perfect with this kind of editing.

Expensive and special lenses are not necessary to create pictures like my pictures. The most lenses destroy the pictures because the bokeh is not realistic. And a wrong bokeh isnīt reparable !! But pictures with full sharpness are unrealistic too, so you must blured the sharp pictures in details you wouldnīt noticed in real and who arenīt important for the picture !

In nature we can see only sharp and the big rest that not focused is blured very homogeneous and not so graded as you see in millions of pictures. Lenses cannot simulate the real sight of our eyes and brain. This is only possible with complicated editing-steps; but only rudimental.

Greets
Michael

Thanks for all comments

@Mystic

Yes, thatīs the right way to look at the pictures. The brain must adapt at the scenes and motives and then it begins to change in a plastic picture.

After some seconds you should only look at the sharp details because the blured parts are edited exactly to intensify this 3D-effect and were not create to look at them. The blured parts are needed for the effect and not for the picture !!!. In Reality you wouldnīt notice and focused the blured parts, because they are not important for the szene. I hope, you know what I trie to say with my beginner-english

best regards

Michael
