I like the feeling of motion and speed with this, even though it's pretty abstract there's still some form to it. Good work!

Neat photo. And it works well in B&W. Color would have overwhelmed it.

Nice shot!

I was pleasantly surprised to see you chose for the portrait orientation. Did you shoot it that way, or is it a crop?

Thanks for posting!

I like that, Kai, your treatment of the subject is creative and technically good, too. I can almost imagine literal 'white knuckles' of the driver!

Thanks for the comments all...

Hudsong....Thanks mate. I was drawn to it post conversion for the same reasons lol.

MRRiley..exactly, the colour distracted from the driver and as it was it was quite saturated with greens(hedges) and blues(reflection of the sky in the window)

Axl...Thanks for the suggestion axl.

Syb...Heh thanks Syb, theres no crop in the image apart from the little hazey border thing going on (i need to refine that a bit more lol).

GM Fude...Hah! we have our fair share of "hooners" rocketing through now and again.

Provocative - wish I'd thought to do this.

Really nice shot, great feeling of motion, and the small window into "no motion".

Haha! not sure but most probably...the "Hooners" down our road seem to be moms and dads who are late picking up the kids from school in the afternoon lol they can really rocket out of those traffic islands when they need to!
