A new trick

I've been fooling with the new Black and White layer in Photoshop CS3. It's a lot easier to use than the Channel Mixer.

This is a snapshot I took while in California visiting friends.

I've been fooling around with layers today as well, and you can sure have some interesting looking pictures.
I really like how it's so easy to try different effects and switch back if it doesn't work out.

The new black is definitely more punchy here.

The subject is so much more prominent with your PP. I have downloaded the new photoshop C3 but not yet tested it out at all...

Saw the video of the B&W in CS3. Am looking forward to playing.
Good job of isolation for selective color.
