Peterborough, Ontario

I went to Peterborough, Ontario for a business trip and was unaware of how beautiful the city is.

A few from the river-front near the Holiday-Inn:

K10D, Sigma 17-70

K10D, Sigma 17-70

K10D, Sigma 17-70

K10D, Pentax M-135/3.5

C&C Welcome.

I like the first one too, although the third isn't far behind. The delicate pastel colours really stand out.

Thanks guys.

BTW: These are straight out of Lightroom, processed VERY quickly - which is what Lightroom is good at. And as you can see, I even forgot to level the horizon

Thanks k100d.

I did catch the lift-locks but haven't had time to snap any shots. I'm going back this week so I'm hoping to get back there. I have a mental note of the places I want to visit, so hopefully time will permit.

A little fix on the horizon in that first one and it's a winner

I like that part of Ontario...the shots make me nostalgic....

Good shooting Andrew - went to Peterborough (Ont) a 100 years ago and I guess that's why I don't remember such well-captured beauty.
