I rented the 16-50 * from Cameralensrental.com and I think its safe to say its a good one! I've got a bunch more to upload, but here's a start! Soupcan!

Did you say you rent the lens? That is a problem here in Europe. Renting Pentax gear is hardly possible here.
What about the renting price, do you think it is worth it? And do you consider buying your lens, afterwards?

That's a problem here too. well, it was. As far as I've found cameralensrental.com is the only place to rent Pentax lenses for 35mm/digital SLRs.

I'd say the renting price may be a bit high, but I definitely can't afford this lens right now, so it works out. If I had the money, I probably wouldn't return this lens!

Soupcan is indeed the name of the cat. It belongs to my roommate who has since moved to Japan and left her with us. Whenever she gets out, she heads strait for the closest patch of dirt and starts rolling around.
