Here's a few from a recent backpacking trip. K20D and 4 Lenses in Desolation Wilderness (in the California Sierras)

Really beautiful. I've got to get up to the high country.

I used to work just west of there, near Icehouse Reservoir (which may be the lake on the left in #2?) It's good to see this smoke is benifiting someone.

Desolation Wilderness is awesome, one of my favorite places.

heliphoto - I think that lake may be Union Vally Reservoir, just a couple miles from Icehouse.

Outstanding images! Let me get this right - you went backpacking with a K20D and 4 lenses? Holy cow; I'm sure I'd just bring a tiny, lightweight P&S camera under those conditions. Maybe you have porters to lug your stuff around?

I usually just bring the 21mm Limited, but this was a short hike so I figured I'd bring a few extra. It was nice having all 4 lenses, which is going to make it really hard for me to decide what to bring on the next trip. The Sigma DP1 looks really tempting for longer trips.
