Okinawan Dancers

Went to the Okinawan festival today and took these pics using my DA 55-300. The dancers are performing a traditional Okinawan dance using a Paranku (small drum). I’m really liking this lens.

Last pic is cropped and the others just have some exposure adjustments.

I am always a fan of this type of photography. So full of culture and spirit on the local level.

I to love cultural type photos.

These dancers also display proudness of heritage and you have captured that essence very well indeed

A CPL would have helped , it's on my list of accessories to get. I was only there for for two performances, but I'm sure there will be a karate demonstration sometime this weekend. The hula performance was part of the Okinawan Festival and the the girl in this photo was singing for the hula dancers.
