Looks like a statue (or a window dummy model) but once you place a coin in her basket she blows a goodluck kiss.

She is always around the Bourke Mall. At least she does not appear to cranky there. Usuaully she gets annoyed that we take photgraphs of her without giving her money.

However, watch out your donation. On one occasion, I gave her a two dollar coin and she walked off before I took any picture!!!
