My stolen Honda Civic
Posted by nupentaxian, 10-22-2008, 03:39 PM nupentaxian is offline

My Honda civic was stolen yesterday. This is the second time in 6 mons or so. Last time they just took the stereo, I don't know about this time. I missed (and really need) my car . Here are couple pics of it.

Sorry to hear that - we have a '94 Civic that my wife still uses every day. They're great cars.

IF you get it back you may want to have the cops check it for drugs. When I was in the Air Force stationed in New Mexico my boss, a Captain, had his Honda Accord stolen 3 times. He got it back 3 times, but each time it had just around 500 miles on it. Just enough for a run across the border and back. Since he worked on base he had the Security Police check it and each time they found drug residue. Good chance if you recover yours and it has similar mileage on it it was used to smuggle drugs.

Hope you get it back.

Probably because, by the looks of a google search, the autolock uses a relativly cheap cylindrical lock.

You can pick it quickly with a pen.

Is That Possible? Pick A Lock With A Bic Pen ??? - Video

Locks keep honest people honest.
