I think there is another word but refrigorator is perfectly fine; a room which keeps meat etc. cold, right?

I want a Tyvek overall. Sounds like you mean "meat-packing plant" but who cares. It must be a very messy place. Nice photo.

I borrowed it from my work... it's amazing for all weather! and yes, a meat packing (and processing) plant... the closest -to my idea- definition!
