Not sure about this image. It strikes me as too dark, especially in the bottom half. Perhaps what is need is a split neutral density filter, to help equalize the light levels of sky and water.

The colour is outstanding.
Now the rain is hitting us heavy. More chance to do a shot on the weekend when the rain is a little more cleared
