Well, as a newbie with my K200D, i have taken a few photos over the past few weeks;

Please provide any constructive feedbacks if you are kind enough

170mm 1/1000sec f8 ISO200

28mm 1/15sec f3.5 ISO200 - Used the Macro mode with limited light and an agro cat... fun

36mm 1/5sec F4.5 ISO100 - Man, was the cat pissed off at me after that shoot.... her look said "u are going to DIE tonight... MEOW!!!"

26mm 20sec f11 ISO100 - Perth city light after hour with some X'mas deco; Played with the WB to give it the warmer glow

300mm 1/45sec f8 ISO800 - Had to take this shot behind a glass at the aquarium with no cropping. Unfortunately, there were also some noise from the higher ISO

...some nice first pics there. Your mall pic needs some blue/cyan added to colour balance better, the croc shot is great, but your self (?) portrait with/& furball I like the most. Unusual perspective & great look by the furball...cute :->

Practice makes perfect as shown by the time you reached the last in this series everything has come together sharp and composed well

Hi all,
thanks for the kind feedback;
- The mall shot was trying to get a golden feel to the shot but making it extremly warm with the shot; It has not been touched up, but I will give a a bit of a touch of blue to see how it looks.

- The potrait was of my girlfriend and her cat; One thing I learn from this is to be patient when working with animals (Not calling my gf an animal here BTW ).... I guess this will be the good practice when I try to take some shots of babies and kids in the near future
