I posted a single frame from this mosaic back in Nov. 2007. I finally got around to finishing the job. Better late than never?

Nicely done. Great atmosphere in this picture. Love the steam coming from the cooling towers.

i had seen a few versions of this same subject.

This is the first time I see the warm sepia toning to it. It works overall.

I would like a little more rusty feeling to come out of the hue.
