Random street shots in Tokyo today

Started off the day wth a quick lunch and a quick candid, then took some pics in the streets of my neighbourhood.

Me too. I like the last shot as well. Makes me feel lonely, but it's well done. That little goofy thing in the third picture is just a great subject to focus on, though, and I like the blurred background. The thing looks stoned.

I think "street" photography isn't for everyone, but I like it, and it's what I take most of.

Yeah, you can still smoke inrestaurants here.
When I first came to Japan, I was surprised how many people smoke here...I have heard of places that have "no smoking", but I haven't been to any(I'm a non-smoker).
Some reataurants have an enclosed area in restaurants.
Smoking on the streets and train platforms is banned, and you have to find a designated area to smoke.

Here's a poster I took with my Casio.
It's something along the lines of don't smoke and walk on the streets.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how there were so many designated smoking areas outside. Restaurants are still a mixed bag (I'm spoiled here in California), but I have a feeling that many of them won't go smoke-free for a while (especially the bars).
