Brazos Bend State Park

Had a nice little walk today. Met another hobbyist photographer and had a nice time. He was shooting Canon30D with a 300L f/4 and he kept going on about how nice the Tamron lens that I was using was.

A few for the walk. Nothing special.

Terrific series, Wayne. You know, I've lived here in Brazoria County now for almost 14 years and have never been to Brazos Bend State Park. Your photos certainly tell me I should go take a look.

I prectically grew up in Lake Jackson. Almost every weekend was spent with my grandparents. This was also my first time there. It won't be my last. Ad vice from others there is to go before school lets out. They were saying it gets real crowded during summer.

Nice series!! It's funny to see that bumblebee, clover, frog, and croc at about the same size in the same series. It has a weard effect on my brain....

Beautiful capture there! The green background bokeh and the colour are simply striking!
