Well here is my first post on the galleries. I would love some cc. Haven't been shooting for very long, here are a few random shots that I have.

Thanks ahead of time!

Welcome to the forum! I like these shots. You've got a good eye for composition. I personally like a little more saturation in my shots, but I think I'm in the minority on that. Nice shots! Hope to see more from you.

Couldn't agree more. you have a good eye for composing a shot. I like the fact you included a person for perspective in the first shot and framed the second with the rock opening. the third the road leads your eye down to the dramatic clouds, only wish more drama in sky (a bit to white). Great shots

The first picture is at the milwaukee art museum, it's also my favorite. I was really bummed about the third picture, there was some amazing colors in the sky but none of the pictures from that set really turned out as well as I wanted. does anyone have any tips on how to get more saturation in the sky? I have played around a little bit with a polarizing filter but never really get spectacular results.

Like the others said, great composition.

I'm not one of the expert photographers on this forum, but one way to make sure you capture the colours in the sky is to underexpose. Not the sky, the rest. Then, if you want to, you can make the other areas lighter in post-processing, which will increase noise.

Well done I agree with what most have said - you do indeed have the eye - just need to hone the skill a bit and get into the dreaded digitial darkroom. Well done.
