Woburn Safari with DA 50-200 (11 images)

It was a gorgeous day last sunday and we dicided to head towards Woburn Safari park with our 15 month old toddler.
As we entered the park, we asked if we could take him out of car seat and place him on our lap to show him around and they agreed. I was wrong... cos as
soon as he was placed in the front, he started to mess around with stereo knobs, gear levers, hand brakes and what not, but never bothered to look at animals.

Nevertheless, we enjoyed the day out thoroughly. Below are some pictures all shot with K10D and DA 50-200

Rhea

Squirrell Monkeys

Blue and Yellow Macaw

Mormosets

Siberian Tiger

Wallabies

Sea Lions

African Lion

Wolf

I'm totally surprised with this inferior kit lens.. What do you think ?

Cheers

I know the feeling, I have a 5, 3 and 1 year old. My oldest 2 love to go to the zoo. Nice series I really like the 2nd parrot shot. The one with the 2 lions is really nice too. Overall they are all nice shots to look at.

I must confess the lens is a bit soft, but you can experiment and get the best out of it.
