I see some say this is one of the best lenses ever made!! Attached mine to the istd and went hunting flowers. Processed in Rawshooter Essentials.

Great piece of kit, seems the coating on the lens works good with the istd, at least I have not noticed any purple fringing. Mine had a rachety, stiff aperture ring which has loosened with a bit of use. I hope you enjoy yours Finn

Hi Alvin, common name according to my better half is "red hot poker". I have tried to make a b&w in my raw processor, which I found to be satisfying at least with this effort. I will try some other photos ,see how they go.
