Ozark Wildflowers and Homestead
Posted by sajmmiller, 03-25-2009, 09:13 AM sajmmiller is offline

Last Friday I ventured over to the Buffalo River area in search of wildflowers. They were pretty sparse, and the conditions were a bit windy, but I managed to capture a few that I like. The wildflowers were all between dime and quarter size and taken with the Tamron SP AF90mm 2.8 macro. The daffodil/homestead shot was taken with the DA 16-45. Comments always appreciated.

Wow, what a great series. Great job on those tiny flowers and the daffodils by the old cabins make a great shot.

Thanks Georg! Appreciate the DOF comment; there was a fine line between too much and too little DOF. The flowers were very low growing and the backgrounds very distracting.
