I am asking you all if this has any 3D to it .
If yes , then I am on the right track .
Not looking for a pat on the back
Thanks

Since you are asking for an honest answer, then it's a NO for me.
I applied my basic workflow on your shot, I believe it looks more 3D (at least for me.) Do hope you don't mind.
edit: try a shot with lesser distractions.

I'm not seeing it as 3D.
As noted above, try shooting something that has a less distracting background. Also try shooting flowers while you are on your stomach (so the flower is level to you). Neither of these techniques are all that fancy, but they will give you a much better chance of obtaining a 3D look.
Good luck

too much depth of field, you're not going to get a 3d look if you're not seperating subject from fore/back ground

The other way to get 3D (depth) look is to include shadows. Usually this is done to bring out texture in subjects or landscapes.

Personally , I think there is a essence of 3D to it , ever so slight
I will keep trying

try shooting wide open...
see how the lens in her hand just pops out, thats because you see the background as a reference, and it is so drasticlly out of focus compared to the subject, that your brain does a little work and poof, magic.
