first flowers of the season

my first batch of flower shots for this spring. All but the last shot with M50/1.7
This year I am experimenting with shooting flowers at wider apertures, last year
I was mostly shooting around f8 for flowers. Let me know what you think!

last one shot with an ancient Tokina 70-210 mounted on a macro bellows, just to see what would happen shot at f11, I think

Tim, I like them. The smaller DOF is great for such shots, I guess....
The first one is my favorite.

Nice Tim the yellow flower lends itslef well for a narrrow DOF. Nice series.
