So I have been having fun with the photoshop filter "Topaz".

That's a weird effect - in the first shot it almost looks like an "artists rendering" and the second is like a painting.

Incidentally, I've got a bit over 300 flight hours in that model helicopter (Eurocopter EC-130), it's a nice smooth aircraft. What was the occasion? Actual patient transport, or a meet 'n greet type event?

I work for a fire department and we were doing a demonstration for a high school on drunk driving.

I agree, the filters give an artsy effect. But I thought it was interesting enough to post.

Here are the originals and you will see why I played with them.

Right on - something about the setting seemed more like an info session than a scene call (it could have just been that you had time to take pics rather than working ). I hope that guy in the background in #1 is there to help secure the LZ ...

Of the processed ones, I like the shot of the heli surrounded by sky better, and of the natural shots, I prefer the hover shot.
