Motion blur

and multiple exposure sort of. Two different motion blur images stacked, one of them with tungsten white balance, then layer blended all with different opacity - fill respectively:

exclusion, screen,
linear light, luminosity.

I like the idea of this, but this particular picture kind of hurts my eyes. I'd like to see you try this again with a different picture, maybe some kind of abstract?

I really dig the 2 top examples.... looks like a soft painting. The other two are a bit too overdone for my eyes... kinda makes 'em sore. But, the first 2 are very snazzy!

thanks. The bottom two are rich, made more so in contrast to the pastel ones. Or so I think. Personally, I like the first, which as always was an accident while trying other processing steps.
